Blocking LGBTQI websites from the local self-government’s computer network

The complainant organizations dealing with the protection of interests of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and intersex (LGBTQI) people and issues affecting them alleged that the complained local self-government did not make their websites available from its computer network. In the complainant organizations’ point of view the local self-government violated the principle of equal treatment on the ground of sexual orientation and gender identity with the application of this measure.
