The legal representative of the minor petitioner complained that the mayor had rejected her application for a permit to enter and therefore had no access to the kindergarten with her child.
The authority initiated proceedings against the municipality and then conducted an on-the-spot inspection of the case with the participation of the parties. Following the on-site visit, the parties entered into a settlement with each other. The respondent undertook to authorize the entry of one car - marked with license plate number and vehicle type - to the main square during the 2018-2019 school year to transport the minor applicant. The applicant has undertaken to resubmit his application for review to the Mayor's Office before the start of the school year if he wishes to be granted access.
The authority approved the settlement by decision.
